With over 30 years in IT security — 17 of which were spent building and scaling a cybersecurity company from 4 to nearly 100 employees, through M&A, international expansion and ultimately a successful exit to a PE investor — it became clear where growth is actually blocked: not at the product, but at leadership, governance and the ability to make complexity controllable.
We are not a traditional consultancy that delivers concepts and leaves. We take responsibility at C-level — temporarily, focused, with a clear implementation mandate. That means: we are in it, not beside it.
